Qualifications:

• Minimum – Full Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Proficiency in Pastel Accounting Package

Job Responsibilities

• Raise all sales invoices via Pastel
• Handling all cash transactions of MUZ Milling
• Receive all payments by cash / cheque etc
• Make all payments by cash / cheque
• Banking of cheques and cash in company bank accounts
• Checking daily cash accounts
• Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports of cash transactions
• Maintaining Petty Cash imprest and reimbursement
• Filing and record keeping of all cash transactions and cheque requisitions
• Any other duties as may be assigned by immediate Supervisor
