Qualifications

• Minimum – Full Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
• Computer literacy

Job Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell maize products to existing and new customers
• Perform cost-benefit analysis and needs-analysis of existing and new customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relations
• Reach out to customers through cold calling
• Expedite resolution of customer queries and complaints
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and customer outcomes within time
• Analyze the market, track sales and produce daily, weekly and monthly status reports
• Provide Management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products
• Continuously provide market feedback
• Any other duties as may be assigned by immediate Supervisor
