Closed Full Time- To plan loading/offloading activities for the day and submit list to the warehouse team for execution.
- To consolidate and verify data from the warehouse and input in the system for reporting purposes.
- To compile and verify stock/tracking reports for clients and send them out on a daily basis as per client requirement.
- To ensure all pre-alerts/transport documents are sent to relevant receiving parties and 100% filed in Alfresco.
- To attend to client/vendor queries and ensure prompt feedback/solution is given in a professional manner.
- To monitor commodity in transit and ensure all KPIs are met until cargo is offloaded at destination.
- To co-ordinate capacity requirements for the project with capacity team on a daily basis in order to manage turnaround time of trucks/KPIs.
- Conduct physical stock counts of cargo and reconcile with the Stocks Controller and appointed Inspection Company for onward reporting to the client.
