Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence according to GS Cash Advance administrative policies
  • Provide general support to visitors and maintain contact and signing lists
  • Compile and maintain transport, insurance and travel records
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems, both manually and electronically
  • Fill out purchase requisitions, inventories as well as order materials, supplies and services for approval by senior management
  • Manages the diaries for training bookings, meetings, among others
  • Be the first point of contact for office maintenance, cleaning and security personnel
  • Keep stock of stationary supplies for all departmental units
  • Review files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests
  • Ensure official correspondences to external parties in an effective and timely manner
  • Receiving, processing and sending mail, documents and information
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for senior management


Desired Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:


  • Must have a minimum of a grade 12 Certificate
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Diploma in Office Administration, Diploma in Business Administration or any equivalent combination of education and experience to perform job duties may be considered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good time management skills
  • Initiative and problem solving
  • Excellent computer skills using Office Software such as Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Trust worthy and ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information
