Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the mobilization of the Sector Wide Training participants working with the consultants under the guidance of the In-Country SWT staff.
• Carry out tracking of SWT participants from previous and future SWTake follow up calls to all the Sector Wide Training participants to confirm attendance and registration fee payment
• Maintain a comprehensive database of all the participants and the consultants as per the required standards
• Ensure the reconciliation of the registration fees payment with the Finance
• Disburse and follow-up the participants for pre-work before the Sector Wide Training and the post assessment
• Support all the Sector Wide Training venue logistics during the trainings
• Ensure all materials are printed and available in good time.
• Support online data collection of the Training participants training
• Manage all the SWT reporting and follow up activities
• Support data collection and analysis

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in logistics and data management is an added
• Experience in sales and marketing of innovative experiential trainings and start up initiatives is an added advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with a passion for learning and transformation.
