JOB DESCRIPTION

• Trains staff on work procedures
• Answer questions and makes procedure on policy interpretations regarding work processes and the application of laws and regulations in Zambia
• Participates in decision making; recommends and administers discipline as required by the law
• provides input into the budget process. Acts as liaison for the assigned unit with other departmental operational units, other County departments, other law enforcement and public agencies and the public;
• resolves issues and problems as they occur on behalf of the company
• Deal with law enforcement agencies on behalf of the company

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• 3 Years of proven work experience
• 28-40 years of Age
• Good Understanding of the constitution and Zambian Laws
