LECTURER ENGINEERING MATHEMATICS/SCIENCE/ELECTRONICS (2)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent
• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Degree in ICT or Automotive Engineering or its equivalent
• Membership to Engineering Institute of Zambia a must
• Diploma/Certificate in Teaching Methodology, and accreditation to TEVETA an added advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and lecturer notes
• Deliver lessons to students
• Prepare and administer tests to students
• Evaluating schemes of work, lessons plans and lecturer notes
• Supervise workshops classroom activities and demonstrate proper use of equipment/machinery/tools

FRONT OFFICE DESK OPERATOR (1)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent
• Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Secretarial and Office Management or its equivalent
• Two years working experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manning the Front Office Desk and providing training information on all courses provided by the Centre as required by clients
• Handling telephone calls and all correspondence
• Maintaining stock of the Centre’s brochures, leaflets and other written documents
• Operate a desk top computer to type and produce various documentation
• Registering students and maintaining full record of all students undertaking training every year
• Performing Secretarial Duties such as arranging meetings , taking minutes during meetings, etc
