MPower is a company in the energy access sector is looking for a dynamic and driven young professional with an intuition for solar applications and numbers.

The main tasks of the technician are summarized below:

  • Prospection and dimensioning of bigger off-grid systems
  • Sales and business development
  • Lead technician of the company in their operations
  • Installation of solar systems
  • Maintenance and inspection of customers’ installations
  • Supporting distributors on the ground

The required skills and experience are summarized below:

  • A demonstrated capacity to take initiative, overcome challenges and work
  • collaboratively through relevant work or project experience
  • Professional experience with solar energy systems, sales and related fields in Zambia
  • Team player and eager to learn new tools and roll-up sleeves to get the job done
  • Entrepreneurial and creative mindset that is well connected
  • Knowledge of local languages is a plus
  • Must have at least a technical qualification from a recognized institution

The position is available immediately. The salary depends on the former work

experiences and qualifications.
