The Partnerships for Municipal Innovation – Women in Local Leadership (PMI-WILL) project being implemented by the Local Government Association of Zambia in collaboration with the Federation of Canadian Municipalities is working to increase women representation in elective decision-making positions in local government by offering a capacity building programme for women interested in contesting for local government office as Councillors. The programme will include trainings and mentorship.
