Our successful Pastry Chef…

• Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
• Have knowledge of various pastry techniques, eye to detail and creativity
• Check quality and monitor stocks for baking ingredients
• Prepare a wide variety of deserts for the day
• Possess knowledge of hygiene principles, food preparation and nutrition

Qualifications and Experience

• Full Grade twelve (12) certificate
• Minimum of a Diploma in Food Production
• Minimum of two (02) years’ work experience in a similar establishment
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Highly innovative and artistic
