Our successful Housekeeping Supervisors …

• supervise all functions of Housekeeping, including rostering, assigning tasks, stock takes, monitoring guest supply and requests, recording room losses and implementing corrective
• actions
• build and maintain a working environment where staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent
• fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach
• monitor maintenance needs and contractors’ performance throughout the rooms, public areas, front of house and back of house
• facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests’ expectations are anticipated and exceeded
• work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.

If you have these qualifications, join our team:

• Grade 12; diploma in hospitality or equivalent
• computer literacy – Word, Excel & Outlook
• numeracy skills
• minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field.
