1.Vice Principal
The Vice Principal is the chief academic, financial, and administrative head of the University. The Vice Chancellor is responsible for the strategic leadership in financial, administrative and academic management of the institution to ensure that it attains its role of fostering economic, social, moral and spiritual development through research and innovation.
1. DUTIES
In performing the functions of the job, the Vice Chancellor shall develop educational frameworks, policies and take ownership of the University Strategic Plan which outlines the University’s strategic goals. These include, to:
a) Direct, promote and coordinate all the activities of the University;
b) Act as the representative of the University and be its spokesperson in its external relations;
c) Assume administrative responsibilities for the day-to-day operations and implementing University development plans including human capital development;
d) Promoting a good labor relations environment within the University;
e) Have a direct oversight of day-to-day operations of the core academic activities, resource mobilization and management, quality assurance and compliance;
f) Have foresight on student services, welfare and academic support;
g) Create and maintain networks with partners and stakeholders;
h) Perform such other functions and have other powers as the University Council may, by Statutes, prescribe.
2. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
a) Holder of an earned doctorate from a recognized institution of higher learning or equivalent professional qualification;
b) Accomplished record of scholarship, research, teaching and service;
c) Knowledge of University systems;
d) Not less than five (5) years of relevant experience at senior management level of at least Head of Faculty (Dean), or director in a university or similar institution;
e) Experience in administrative and financial management;
f) Ability to create networks with internal and external stakeholders;
g) Experience in resource mobilization, visionary with ability to inspire others.
3. ATTRIBUTES

2. LIBRARIAN
Key responsibilities:
Maintaining the library’s collections and resources, including books, journals, and electronic media
Assisting students with research and information literacy skills
Collaborating with teachers to integrate library resources into the curriculum
Delivering engaging and interactive library lessons to students
Promoting a love of reading and learning within the school community
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or a related field
Teaching certification preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working in a school library setting
Familiarity with technology and library management software (KOHA)
3. ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities
Daily Operations
Ensure all receipts are captured on a daily basis and issue for posting by the accountant.
Capture invoices and ensure reconciliations are done.
Ensure that all receipts and JVs have been filed in the correct sequence.
Ensure that all DDAC collections are processed on the respective dates.
Manage the stationery and office groceries.
Month-end Operations
Performing timeous and accurate monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts.
Year-end Operations
Liaising with external auditors during annual audit and providing required information to ensure its timely completion.
Other Related Duties
- As may be required from time to time.
Required qualifications & Experience
- Full Grade 12 Certificate with at least 5 O Levels including English and Mathematics
- Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/Degree in Accounting
- 2 years’ experience in the accounting field
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
4. REGISTRAR/HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
- The Registrar/Human Resource Manager is accountable to the Executive Director and Training & Capacity Development Manager.
- The Registrar will be a marketing personality, primarily responsible for students’ recruitment and admissions. He or she will build strong and lasting relationships with prospective students, delivering on the college objectives to ensure the institution’s programs operate fully. In addition, he or she shall ensure that all enquirers and applicants receive a positive impression of the institution.
- He or she will excel in customer service and be a firm believer in the core values and ethos of the organization
- The Registrar/Human Resource will play a crucial part in the planning, preparation, and execution of critical admissions-related events, such as workshops, seminars, training, and any exhibition events, In addition, he or she will provide regular updates to the Training & Capacity Development Manager and subsequently to the Vice Principal on the registration, classes, and data management processes.
- The Registrar will work closely with Training & Capacity Development Manager, Finance & Administration Officer, Office Assistant/Printing Officer, and Executive Assistant. As a team, develop and foster effective working relationships with field training groups and teams.
- This is a crucial post critical to the continued growth and development of the college. Therefore, it is essential that the Registrar/Human Resource Manager has excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintains a high level of efficiency and is calm, confident, and professional with various audiences.
5. LECTURER (THEOLOGY)
- Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent
- Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Theology
- Two years working experience
