Yalelo is seeking highly motivated, energetic, and hard-working individual to take up a temporary role of IT Graduate Trainee.

Location: This position is based in Lusaka.

The Right-Fit candidate will:

• Provide help desk and systems support.
• Administer service requests through the recommended help desk processes.
• Identify issues, alerts, or malfunctions in software and/or hardware components.
• Identify and respond to network-related, end-user related and server-side incidentss.
• Adhere to organisational policies, procedures and protocols when resolving ICT incidents.
• Escalate unresolved ICT incidents.
• Gather data for network health check reports for other (software and hardware) teams.

Qualifications 

• Degree/Diploma In Information Technology or related field.
